From application to close in exactly 2 weeks. This is incredible and was exactly the date that Ryan quoted in our first conversation. The rate that Ryan gave me was far below other lenders right out of the gate, granted one other lender was able to get close, but that was after lots of haggling. There is something to be said for a company that comes right out with a competitive rate instead of a gouge. Strongly recommend.
I needed quick turn-arounds to make the closing happen quickly and Ryan and his team did everything they needed to in order to make it a success.
