A discussion on the process in which NJ Lenders was responsible for and covered initially would of been very helpful. Didn’t really know what I was responsible for doing (IE: lender search, inspections, etc) The last week before the closing, the agent went on vacation/ leave of absence without informing myself, or my attorney leaving us calling/ emailing 24 hrs before closing searching for answers on whether everything was ready for the following day. Everything got completed but I was left asking alot of questions that could of been answered out the gate with a rundown of the process, and what was covered by NJ Lenders and what I was left with completing.
Ryan and his partner were patient and explained things clearly which was extremely important as first time home buyers. They took their time and we never felt rushed. True professionals from start to finish.

Communication was great from start to finish. Dave helped put a lot of things on our radar up front such as jumbo loan package thresholds and appraisal waivers. Ryan then stepped in and helped us get over the finish line for the final loan terms. He also assisted in getting us a last minute interest rate reduction, which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely recommend NJ Lenders to friends and family going forward as a result.
